2018 Annual Meeting

The 2018 annual meeting will be held at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, March 20, at River Springs Church (1007 West Shady Grove Road).


The meeting agenda will be as follows:

  1. Review of 2017 Financials
  2. Review of 2018 Budget
  3. Election of One Director


If you would like to run for the director position, or know someone you’d like to nominate, you may submit a nomination at the meeting or via email to nominations@waterfallhoa.com.  If submitting via email, you must submit by March 19.

Proxy Vote

If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may vote by proxy.  Proxy vote forms and instructions are being mailed to each member (owner) of the association along with the formal meeting notice.


Our Bylaws require a ten percent quorum vote of entitled members to elect a new board member.  Your attendance or proxy vote is appreciated.
