Download an Architecture Review form, complete, and submit before making changes to your home or property. The Architecture committee will review the proposed changes to ensure they meet the requirements outlined in the Declarations, Architectural Guidelines, and Architectural Guideline Changes.
You may submit a completed architecture review form by emailing it, with any attachments (e.g. drawings, plans, pictures, etc.), to firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also mail to MJS using the address listed on the Contact page. Please do not fax forms to MJS.
You may submit a completed violation form by emailing it, with any attachments (e.g. pictures of the issue), to email@example.com.
