Nominations
If you would like to run for one of the director positions or know someone you’d like to nominate, you may submit a nomination at the meeting or via email to nominations@waterfallhoa.com. If submitting via email, you must submit by March 18.
Proxy Vote
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may vote by proxy. The Proxy form and instructions were recently mailed to each owner along with the official meeting notice.
Quorum
Our Bylaws require a ten percent quorum vote of entitled members to elect a new board member. Your attendance or proxy vote is appreciated.
