Carolina Fountain will be replacing the inoperable bulbs around the waterfall while they are out to do the waterfall repair.

Waterfall Repair Update
I spoke with Carolina Fountain today about the repair of the waterfall. They indicated that they would be out on Saturday to clean the basin and perform other prep work for the pump repair. They expect the repair to be complete sometime next week.
Sprinklers Broken in Park
I spoke with the landscaper today and he informed me that the sprinklers are off in the park because we have a broken valve. He has ordered the parts and expects to have them repaired by Tuesday of next week. Once he has the sprinklers operational, he will fertilize and start a regular watering schedule.
Basketball Goal Rule Change
The board has voted to remove the restriction on storing basketball goals in one's driveway while not in use. Waterfall Repair Delayed Due to Parts Availability
Carolina Fountain has indicated that they were unable to proceed with the waterfall repair last week due to issues obtaining the parts. They have tentatively scheduled the repair for this week--the week of May 3. They will also be replacing the bulbs in the lights. We appreciate your patience.
Community Service Day Photos
We had another group out at the park this morning working on some of the service projects. We planted daylilies, sanded the ark, and replaced some boards on the ark that had deteriorated. Thanks to Ollie, Renee, Maureen, and Cris for helping me. Here are a few photos:
Playground Equipment
At the last several annual meetings I’ve attended, proposals have been put forth to install additional playground equipment in the park (e.g. swings).
