You may have noticed the waterfall has not been operational for several weeks. The pump has failed. This is apparently due to a lack of water in the reservoir. It appears someone turned off the water supply line.
We are in the process of getting a quote from Carolina Fountain to replace the pump and install a low water shutoff switch. We are also going to establish a regular maintenance contract with Carolina Fountain to ensure much longer life out of the new pump.
