Download an Architectural Review form, complete, and submit before making changes to your home or property. The Architecture Committee will review the proposed changes to ensure they meet the requirements outlined in the Declarations, Architectural Guidelines, and Architectural Guideline Changes.
You may submit a completed architectural review form by emailing it, with any attachments (e.g. drawings, plans, pictures, etc.), to firstname.lastname@example.org. This is the preferred method of submitting the form and will help expedite the process. You may also mail to MJS using the address listed on the Contact page. Please do not fax forms to MJS.
